School Clubs – Autumn Term 2025

We are pleased to announce that School Clubs will be taking place again this term.

After School Sports Clubs are run by Matt Dingle, Joe Gravestock and Caitlin Sullivan from 1:1 FFPC.  The coaches also take some school PE lessons so they are familiar visitors to the school and have good relationships with the children.

Clubs will start on Tuesday 16th  September 2025 and will run until Thursday 11th December.  Clubs will not take place in the last week of term.

If your child would like to attend a School Club, please click on the link below to complete the Google form.

https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSc2VgzG2icvKAXeF3gTPQvF32i0PTHcOj8OhdXNNOojH2PL9Q/viewform?usp=header

The closing date for completing the Google form is 9.00am on Monday 15th  September.  Parents will receive an email to advise if their child has a place on Monday 15th or Tuesday 16th September.

A waiting list for clubs will be created if there are more children wishing to attend than we are able to allocate.  Repeat non-attendance, non-participation or poor behaviour at a club will result in a child losing their place and a child on the waiting list being offered the place instead.

We are aware that some parents/carers use the clubs as after school care; if your child is not allocated a place at a club which would affect your childcare, Jo Kent, supervisor at Chuckleberries, offers after school care every day for £5/hour per child.

If you have any queries regarding After School Clubs, please email Mrs Lewis or Mrs Besant at the School Office (office@coldwalthamschool.com).
